This Privacy Policy explains how CPK Home Services, Inc. (“CPK,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information through https://cpkhome.com, its subdomains, corporate forms, telephone numbers, and related corporate communications (collectively, the “Corporate Site”).
CPK owns and operates consumer-facing brands including 3D Roofs, Water Restoration Pros, Electrician Quotes, HVAC Rescue, Plumbing Advisors, Window Replacers, and CallBathroom.com. Each brand publishes a separate Privacy Policy governing information collected through that brand’s website, telephone numbers, forms, and communications. This policy governs the Corporate Site and centralized corporate inquiries.
Notice at Collection
Depending on how you interact with the Corporate Site, we may collect business or personal contact information, company and role information, inquiry content, call or email communications, device and browser information, approximate location, referring pages, campaign and advertising identifiers, interaction data, security logs, and privacy-preference records.
We use this information to operate and secure the Corporate Site; respond to business, provider, vendor, media, employment, or other inquiries; evaluate potential relationships; route an inquiry to the appropriate CPK team or brand; communicate; prevent fraud; measure Site and advertising performance; comply with law; and establish or defend legal claims.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, legal obligations, security, dispute resolution, and claim defense. We may disclose information to CPK brands, vendors that support the Corporate Site, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, and a successor in a corporate transaction. Online identifiers may be disclosed to analytics or advertising partners and may be considered “sharing” or targeted advertising under some state laws.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide. This may include your name, business name, title, email address, telephone number, mailing address, reason for contacting us, message, proposal, résumé, provider or publisher information, service areas, and documents you choose to send.
Calls and communications. Telephone numbers may use call-tracking or routing technology. We may collect caller ID, dialed number, date, time, duration, route, source, outcome, and a recording or transcript after legally sufficient notice. We also collect email, voicemail, and other communication content.
Automatically collected information. This may include IP address, approximate location, browser, device, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, clicks, timestamps, cookie or local-storage identifiers, advertising identifiers, campaign parameters, and security or error logs.
Information from others. We may receive business contact or relationship information from CPK brands, referral sources, providers, vendors, public sources, advertising platforms, or other parties involved in an inquiry.
2. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Corporate Site;
- respond to and route inquiries;
- evaluate and administer potential or existing business relationships;
- communicate about an inquiry or relationship;
- measure Site traffic, advertising, referrals, and conversions;
- detect abuse, fraud, malicious activity, and security events;
- maintain records, preferences, and suppression lists;
- comply with contracts, legal obligations, subpoenas, and government requests;
- enforce our Terms and protect rights, safety, property, and operations; and
- conduct a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale.
We may aggregate or deidentify information and use it for lawful purposes, provided we maintain it in deidentified form where required.
3. How We Disclose Information
CPK brands and personnel. We may route an inquiry to the appropriate CPK brand or authorized team member.
Operational vendors. Hosting, security, communications, call-routing, analytics, advertising-attribution, document, customer-support, and other vendors may process information to provide services to us.
Business counterparties. If you submit a provider, publisher, vendor, media, employment, or other business inquiry, we may disclose information to the people reasonably involved in evaluating or administering it.
Professional advisers and authorities. We may disclose information to lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurers, law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights and safety.
Corporate transactions. Information may be disclosed in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale, or transfer of assets.
At your direction. We may disclose information when you request or authorize it.
4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Attribution
The Corporate Site may use cookies, pixels, scripts, local storage, and similar technologies for essential functions, security, preferences, analytics, advertising attribution, conversion measurement, and targeted advertising. These technologies may process device, browser, page, referrer, campaign, and interaction information.
You can use browser settings and any controls displayed on the Corporate Site to manage non-essential technologies. Where required by law, we treat a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal.
5. Your Privacy Choices and U.S. State Rights
Depending on your state and whether applicable law covers the processing, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; withdraw consent; appeal a denial; and receive non-discriminatory treatment.
To submit a request, email info@cpkhome.com with the subject “Privacy Request – CPK Home Services.” Identify the right you want to exercise and provide information reasonably necessary to locate the records. To appeal a denial, use the subject “Privacy Appeal.” We may verify a request proportionately and may deny or limit it when verification fails, an exception applies, or the request is fraudulent, excessive, or abusive.
The Corporate Site footer includes a clear “Your Privacy Choices / Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link to this section. You may use the on-page browser or device opt-out control when displayed or email info@cpkhome.com. You do not need to create an account to submit an opt-out. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, subject to proof of authority.

6. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
CPK does not sell personal information in the traditional sense of exchanging a customer list for money. However, some privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly. Online advertising or analytics technologies may disclose identifiers and internet activity for targeted advertising, and certain business referrals may involve compensation. To the extent a disclosure is treated as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, you may opt out using Section 5 or a recognized opt-out preference signal.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years old.
7. Calls, Texts, and Email
Calls may be monitored, recorded, or transcribed after legally sufficient notice. If you provide contact information, we may respond about the inquiry. Separate consent controls any marketing communication that law requires to be expressly authorized. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the message link and may reply STOP to a CPK marketing text. We may retain a suppression record to honor the preference.
8. Retention and Security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, the relationship or inquiry, legal obligations, security, accounting, disputes, suppression records, and claim defense. When information is no longer needed, we delete, deidentify, aggregate, or securely archive it, subject to backup and legal-hold limitations.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the nature and risk of the information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, lost, altered, or disclosed without authorization.
9. Children
The Corporate Site is intended for adults and business contacts. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information.
10. Third-Party Sites and CPK Brand Sites
Third-party services and CPK consumer brand sites publish their own terms and privacy policies. Their policies govern information they collect through their own sites and communications. Review the applicable policy before submitting information.
11. U.S. Use and Policy Changes
The Corporate Site is directed to the United States. We may update this Policy prospectively to reflect changes in law, technology, or practices. The Last Updated date identifies the latest revision. We will provide additional notice or consent when required by law.
